Who We Are

Your Move Towards Balance

At Sunshine Movement, we believe that a more organized and energetic life begins with small daily habits. We work with people who want to leave chaos behind and build a routine that truly works for them, without rushing or magic formulas.

01

Habits That Sustain

It's not about doing more, but about doing what matters every day.

We select simple practices that fit any schedule: from tidying the kitchen before bed to dedicating five minutes to mindful breathing. What matters is repetition, not intensity.

02

Energy Without Jitters

A balanced routine doesn't drain you; it recharges you.

We help identify the moments of the day when energy dips and place an active pause or a change of scenery there. The goal is to maintain a steady rhythm without relying on external stimuli.

03

Meaningful Organization

Organizing is not an end; it's the means to have time for what you love.

We propose flexible organization systems that adapt to each person: from weekly lists to the two-minute rule. No rigid methods; only what works in your daily life.

04

A Community That Supports

Change is more real when you don't do it alone.

We believe in the power of sharing experiences. That's why we foster spaces where you can share how your new habit went, ask for advice, or simply feel that there are more people seeking the same as you.

Our reason for being

Sunshine Movement was born to help you build a more orderly and balanced daily routine, without relying on fleeting motivation. We believe that positive habits, no matter how small, generate a constant energy that transforms the way you live each day.

Our principles are based on consistency, organization of your environment, and respect for your own pace. We do not seek radical changes, but sustainable adjustments that integrate into your daily life without generating stress or pressure.

The effect we expect in you is a sense of mental clarity, greater vitality upon waking, and a daily structure that allows you to dedicate time to what truly matters. All from a bright, kind, and realistic approach.

Frequently asked questions about positive habits

Clear answers to start building a more balanced and organized routine.

There is no magic number. Some people integrate a habit in three weeks; others need two months. What matters is consistent repetition, not the exact duration. Start with something very small, like drinking a glass of water upon waking, and gradually increase.

It's okay. Missing one day does not break your progress. What really matters is getting back on track the next day without feeling guilty. Flexibility is part of a balanced lifestyle; rigidity often leads to giving up.

Divide the day into three blocks: morning, afternoon, and evening. Assign one main priority to each block and leave room for unexpected events. Use a short list of three key tasks, no more. Personal organization starts with simplifying, not filling your schedule.

Yes, it is designed to adapt. Instead of setting exact times, it is based on anchors: actions you perform right after a fixed event, such as waking up or finishing a meal. This way it fits into variable shifts without losing consistency.

Choose an action you already do naturally, like preparing breakfast, and add a one-minute gesture: stretch, write a sentence in a notebook, or take three deep breaths. That micro-habit is the gateway to a broader routine.

Our story

From an idea to a movement

Sunshine Movement was born in 2018 with the conviction that small habits can transform everyday life.

What started as a morning routine notebook between two friends became a community that today brings together more than twelve thousand people. The first workshop, held in a borrowed room in the Tetuán neighborhood, had fifteen attendees. The following year, we repeated it with one hundred and twenty. In 2021 we published our first personal organization guide, and in 2023 we opened the physical space on Avenida Arenas. Each step has been modest, measured, and consistent with what we preach: consistency, not haste.

Today we work with schools, companies, and community centers to integrate healthy routines into collective environments. We have seen how a person who organizes their desk ends up organizing their schedule, and how a well-started morning changes the tone of the entire day. We do not sell magical solutions; we share a method that works because it adapts to each person.
